One inbox for everyone who writes in
Every conversation from your website in a single queue. No second screen to check, and no deciding which pile a thing belongs in before you can answer it.
One queue
A conversation is a conversation
Someone chatting now and someone who left a message overnight are the same job. Two screens only ask you to sort before you can answer.
Priority and due dates
Low through urgent, with an optional date. Anything unresolved past its date shows as overdue, and Overdue is one of the views.
A reference per business
The first conversation you ever receive is #1. Numbers are yours alone, so quoting one tells a customer nothing about anyone else's volume.
Views, not folders
Open, assigned to you, waiting for an answer, overdue, resolved. Each one is a question about the same queue, so nothing is ever filed in the wrong place.
Nobody waits for office hours
Outside your hours the widget takes a message instead of an empty chat. Your reply reaches them by email, and their answer comes back to the same conversation.
Working together
Built for more than one person
Members are unlimited on every plan, including the free one, so the inbox is shared from the first day.
Assignment
Give a conversation to one member so two people do not answer the same visitor twice.
Private notes
Leave a note on a conversation for your team. The visitor never sees it, and it is never emailed out.
Saved replies
Keep the answers you write constantly and drop one in by shortcut. Owners and admins manage the list.
Typing and presence
See who else is looking at a conversation, and whether the visitor is still typing.
The thread
Everything a real conversation needs
The parts you reach for without thinking, rather than a feature list you have to configure.
Replies and quotes
Quote an earlier message so a long thread stays readable when several things are in the air at once.
Edit after sending
Fix a typo without sending a correction. The thread shows that a message was edited.
Files both ways
Visitors attach a screenshot, you send back whatever is needed. Uploads go straight to storage.
Read state per member
Unread counts are yours, not the team's, so clearing your own list does not hide anything from anyone else.
Staying on top of it
You do not have to keep the tab open
Set it once in Settings, then get told only about the things you asked for.
Browser and email
Push notifications while you work, email when you are away. Both are per member, so nobody is opted in on your behalf.
Find it again
Filter by status or the member it belongs to, or search by visitor name and email.
Block the bad ones
Block a visitor and they stop reaching the inbox, without any announcement to them that it happened.
