Writine starts from the opposite place. Members are unlimited on every plan, including the free one, because the people who answer your customers are rarely a department. When nobody is around, the widget says so and takes a message instead of pretending.

Live chat fails when nobody has time to watch it. Writine is built for a team of a few people, so business hours, offline messages and notifications are part of the core, not an upgrade.
Your data stays yours
We do not sell it, mine it, or train anything on it. Conversations are yours, exports are yours, and deleting a workspace deletes its data.
No lock-in
The widget is one script tag. Remove it and nothing is left behind on your site. Cancel and you drop to the free limits with your history intact.
